Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan over medium heat, add honey until it begins to bubble, then sunflower seeds, raisins, and peanuts until combined.
  3. Pour onto parchment paper, then use another piece (sprayed with non-stick oil first) to press down and flatten the mixture (you can also use a rolling pin).
  4. Remove the top piece and cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars, or use cookie cutters to make shapes.
  5. Refrigerate to set (about 2 hours), then enjoy!
