This fresh tomato salsa recipe always wins, from dipping chips, to topping tacos to marinating chicken and everything in between.

  1. Combine tomatoes, red onion, yellow onion, jalapeño pepper, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, cumin, and salt in a food processor.
  2. Pulse the processor until mixture is only slightly combined, yet remains chunky.
  3. Transfer entire mixture to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
