10 mini sweet peppers
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp smoked paprika
4 bacon strips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cut the mini sweet peppers in half and remove the seeds.
In a bowl, mix cream cheese and smoked paprika.
Stuff each pepper half with the cream cheese mixture.
Wrap each stuffed pepper with a bacon strip.
Place the wrapped peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the bacon is crispy.
