3 cups green grapes
1 dash of sugar or honey to taste
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
Wash and thoroughly dry de-stemmed grapes.
Arrange grapes in a single layer on a jelly-roll pan.
Freeze the pan of grapes for at least four hours, until they are firm.
Blend the ingredients: In a food processor, puree the frozen grapes, scraping down the sides of the processor as needed. Add the remaining ingredients, and continue to puree until everything is smooth. Once everything is blended, it’s ready to enjoy!
