Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly coat a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine the cake mix and the lemon pie ﬁlling.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes, until lightly golden.
Cut into bars or use a ring mold and cut into circles. Serve dusted with confectioners’ sugar, if you wish.
