1-Minute Fruit Cobbler
This easy one-minute fruit cobbler can be made gluten-free, and is fresh and healthy for more intentional and less-processed sweet snacking!

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup all-purpose or gluten-free flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp almond milk (or the milk you like)
- 2 tsp unsalted butter melted
- 1/2 cup fresh blackberries (or any fresh fruit!)
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, and melted butter in a small bowl until combined.
- Place fruit in a large microwave-safe ramekin or mug, and slightly mash.
- Spoon the batter on top of the blueberries.
- Microwave on high for 30 seconds, check, then microwave for another 30 seconds. Adjust time as needed. Enjoy!
Notes
If you prefer to not use a microwave, bake it in the oven for 15 minutes at 350F.
