Orient pears

The Orient pear is a heavy bearer. In the fall, prepare to harvest large, bell-shaped golden pears with a touch of russeting. The fruit is firm, juicy, and sweet. Orient pears are great for eating, canning, and baking. The Orient needs a pollination buddy such as Bartlett or Moonglow. This cultivar is highly resistant to fire blight.
