Early white hybrid cauliflower

This is a robust and fast-growing choice, maturing in as little as 52 days. It produces tight, pure white heads. It may reach 30 inches in height and produces a heavy yield. Try it raw with dips or broken into salads. This one is rich in vitamin C.

Characteristics:

  • Has heads that measure 9 inches across
  • Has a classic mild cauliflower flavor
  • Is more resistant to cold than many varieties

Have you ever tried growing Early White Hybrid in a slightly colder climate than most cauliflower? Please tell us your best tips for growing Early White.
