1 tomato tomato, diced
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
2 scallions, finely sliced and chopped
2 garlic cloves, grated
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon lime juice (adjust to taste)
