2 mangoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 plum tomatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 red onion, finely minced
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/3 cup lime juice
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and stir to coat evenly with lime juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
