1/2 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 small Gala or Fuji apple, grated
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Optional toppings: chopped walnuts, almond butter
Instructions
In a jar, combine oats, milk, yogurt, grated apple, cinnamon, maple syrup, and chia seeds.
Stir well to combine.
Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
In the morning, stir the oats and add a splash of milk if too thick.
